$49 p/m WordPress Maintenance Package Inclusions

The first month includes;

1. A full backup of your website including the database, WordPress files, plugins and the theme.
2. Once the backup is done, we will start the update process.
3. Firstly, we will update WordPress.
4. Secondly, the (active) theme. We will delete any old themes you don’t need.
5. Then each plugin, one by one.
6. We will check all your plugins (first month only) to make sure none of them are outdated. An outdated plugin is one that has not been updated for over 1 year. Outdated plugins should be removed from your website otherwise they may break your website or be hacked. If any plugins need to be removed or replaced we will let you know.
7. We will also check the speed of your website once everything is up to date. If there are any issues with the speed, we will advise you on how to fix it. We will provide you with a quote to fix any speed issues.
8. Setup a security plugin of clients choice – monitor security issues.

Regular monthly updates include;

1. Making sure the site is backed up.
2. Updating WordPress (this may happen more than once a month).
3. Updating the theme (this may happen more than once a month).
4. Update the plugins one by one (this may happen more than once a month).
5. Monitor security.

What’s not included;

Additional website support like;

• Editing content including pages, text & images.
• Adding or modifying plugins.

$99 p/m WordPress Maintenance Package Inclusions

• The client must set up third party accounts first and then provide account login details, so we can set up the plugin.

If there are any major edits required that are outside of this package, then we will provide a fixed quote for this.

This package is suitable for clients who have never updated their site or not for a few years. So they are too scared to do it themselves. Once the updates are done, the client can update the site ongoing or choose one of our packages.

Update My Website includes;

1. A full backup of the website.
2. Including all the WordPress files, database, plugins & theme.
3. Updating the WordPress core files.
4. Updating the theme.
5. Updating each plugin, one by one.
6. We will then check each plugin to make sure they are not outdated. If any plugins are outdated we will advise/quote you on how to fix this.
7. Next, we will check the speed of your site. If the speed is still slow we can provide you with a quote to get it sorted.

Our speed optimisation service includes;

1. A full backup of the site  
2. Update your site – including, WordPress, plugins, theme, and the PHP on the server.
3. Image optimisation – large images can cause slow speeds. We can install and config a plugin to optimise the images currently in your site. This will also help your site ongoing. We will also discuss how you can optimise your images before adding them to the website. To ensure you know how to do this in the future.
4. Caching plugin – we can try setting up different caching plugins to find the one that is compatible to your website and server. A caching plugin may fix a lot of technical issues that you may have with the speed of your website.
5. Database optimisation – this helps to make your database lighter and speed up your site. We can install and configure a plugin for this.
6. Check plugin compatibility – outdated plugins, can slow down your website and affect performance. We will check your plugins, and advise you on what you can do. We can even suggest replacement plugins for ones that are really out of date. Old plugins can break your site. So this step is crucial.
