Booking a course or training with Let’s Build a Website

The running of our 1 day WordPress or Google/SEO courses is subject to having at least 2 students per course.  At the discretion of management, a course date may be postponed due to low enrolment numbers and/or you may need to attend an alternate date for the course.

When booking a course with Let’s Build a Website; full payment is required at least 3 days prior to the start date of the course. 

If not, a deposit payment of 50% is required to secure your booking. The balance of payment must be finalised 1 day before the day of the course and a receipt of payment is required.



Refunds will not be made to individuals or organisations when a person is booked into a course or training and fails to attend.  If you cannot attend training for which you have booked and paid for. You may send another person in your place at no additional charge. Or we can offer you an alternate date. This alternate date must be made within 30 days of original booking.

Reschedule course/training

If you cannot attend the date of the course/training booked. Let us know as soon as possible, so we can allocate this spot to another student. We can offer you an alternate date within 30 days of original booking date.

Change of mind

We do not give refunds for change of mind.


If the attendee is sick, we will offer another date to attend the course. We do not offer full refunds if the attendee wants to cancel the course completely.


We do allow attendees to transfer to another date if they cannot attend the original date booked.  All courses/training must be completed within 30 days of your original booking.

Refund Payments

Refunds will only be reimbursed to the person or company who originally paid for the course.

Refund Amount

Let’s Build a Website will only refund 80% of a course at any given time.  We retain a 20% fee for; processing and admin fees and course E-manuals already provided to the student.

Courses / Training Expiry Dates

If you book and pay for a course or 1 on 1 training with Let’s Build a Website.  You must attend the training within 90 days of payment.  If you do not attend within 90 days, the training will expire and you will not receive a refund of money.

If you have paid for a 2-day course, you must attend the second session within 60 days of the first session.  Otherwise, the second session will expire and you will not receive a refund.

Training E-Books

All our training E-Books have been uniquely written and designed by Jodi Allbon who has over 15 years in the Web Design industry and has been teaching for the last 9 years. All training manuals are intended for exclusive use of the person purchasing it. The author asks that you honour this and not share it with others, either electronically or in printed form.

Please respect the copyright attached to all our training manuals and the dedication that was given to designing these courses. No part of our training manuals may be reproduced, copied, stored or transmitted in any form or by any means whatsoever – graphic, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, recording or information storage and retrieval systems – without written permission from Jodi Allbon.

Build a WordPress Website Course

In this course, we can help you set up the structure of your website, the theme, plugins and more.
We are not however responsible for completing your website, without being paid for extra services.
After the training, we give you – 1 x 30 minute Skype calls for support to help you.
After this is finished, we can offer you support for $85 per hour.

This course must be completed within 3 months.


Facebook Questions

We offer free questions on our Facebook page.
We accept basic questions and will advise the best option for you regarding WordPress or SEO queries.
We do not provide detailed tutorials on our Facebook page.


Web Hosting and Domain Name referrals

Let’s Build a Website holds no responsibility for web services recommended in any of our courses.  We simply recommend other web related companies based on previous clients experiences. We take no responsibility if you are not happy with the service provided.

We do however, would like to hear of any complaints you may have so we can decide whether the company is still worthy of our recommendations.


We provide the settings for clients to set up their emails themselves. We DO NOT provide troubleshooting support are NOT  responsible if clients are having issues setting up their devices. As there are many types of devices, phones, laptops, computers & email clients. If you are having difficulties setting up your devices you can call an IT company or

In our courses, we discuss and offer ways to make your website Google friendly.  We do not however take any responsibility for any student or clients ranking positions in Google or any other search engines.
