When you pay for one of our courses, training or sign up for one of our web design packages, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please read these thoroughly and if you have any questions let us know.
Cancellations/ Transfers / Refunds
For all courses and training we require 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. There is no refund, if you cancel within the 48 hours.
Otherwise, there will be a small admin fee if you have paid in full.
Refunds
Refunds will not be made to individuals or organisations when a person is booked into a course or training and fails to attend. If you cannot attend training for which you have booked and paid for. You may send another person in your place at no additional charge. Or we can offer you an alternate date. This alternate date must be made within 30 days of original booking.
Reschedule course/training
We require 48 hours notice to reschedule a course or training. If you have paid in full ,we can offer you an alternate date within 30 days of original booking date.
Change of mind
We do not give refunds for change of mind.
Illness
If the attendee is sick, we will offer another date to attend the course. We do not offer full refunds if the attendee wants to cancel the course completely.
Refund Payments
Refunds will only be reimbursed to the person or company who originally paid for the course.
Refund Amount
Let’s Build a Website will only refund 50% of a course or training at any given time. We retain a 50% fee for; processing and admin fees, missing out on loss of business and course E-manuals already provided to the student.
Courses / Training Expiry Dates
If you book and pay for a course or 1 on 1 training with Let’s Build a Website. You must attend the training within 30 days of payment. If you do not attend within 30 days, the training will expire and you will not receive a refund of money.
If you have paid for a 2-day course, you must attend the second session within 30 days of the first session. Otherwise, the second session will expire and you will not receive a refund.
If there is any left over time or credit from a booked training. The credit must be used within 60 days from original booking date.
Plugins
There are thousands of WordPress plugins (free and paid), which means we cannot know the ins and outs of all these plugins. Therefore, we hold no responsibility for the functionality of third party plugins, free or paid.
We can discuss plugins and make suggestions based on any experience, but you as a company or individual purchase plugins at your own risk. You as a company or individual must do your due diligence and read the information provided by the third party plugin, check any reviews or comments. And make your decision to purchase the plugin based on your findings.
We can setup any plugin you deem suitable to your website and your requirements but are not in anyway responsible for poor plugin support or development. We will however do our best to help you with any issues that arise.
Themes
There are thousands of WordPress themes (free and paid), which means we cannot know the ins and outs of all these themes. Therefore, we hold no responsibility for the functionality of third party themes, free or paid.
We can discuss themes and make suggestions based on any experience, but you as a company or individual purchase theme/s at your own risk. You as a company or individual must do your due diligence and read the information provided by the third party theme, check any reviews or comments. And make your decision to purchase the theme based on your findings.

Training E-Books
All our training E-Books have been uniquely written and designed by Jodi Allbon who has over 15 years in the Web Design industry and has been teaching since 2008. All training manuals are intended for exclusive use of the person purchasing it. The author asks that you honour this and not share it with others, either electronically or in printed form.
Please respect the copyright attached to all our training manuals and the dedication that was given to designing these courses. No part of our training manuals may be reproduced, copied, stored or transmitted in any form or by any means whatsoever – graphic, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, recording or information storage and retrieval systems – without written permission from Jodi Allbon.

Build A WordPress Website Course
In this course, we can help you set up the structure of your website, the theme, plugins and more.
We are not however responsible for completing your website, without being paid for extra services.
After the training, we give you – 1 x 30 minute Skype or Zoom call for support to help you.
After this is finished, we can offer you support for $150 per hour.
This course must be completed within 60 days.
1 Day Courses
The running of our 1 day WordPress or Google/SEO courses is subject to having at least 2 students per course. At the discretion of management, a course date may be postponed due to low enrolment numbers and/or you may need to attend an alternate date for the course.
When booking a course with Let’s Build a Website; full payment is required at least 3 days prior to the start date of the course.
If not, a deposit payment of 50% is required to secure your booking. The balance of payment must be finalised 1 day before the day of the course and a receipt of payment is required.
Facebook Questions

We accept basic questions and will advise the best option for you regarding WordPress or SEO queries.
We do not provide detailed tutorials on our Facebook page.
Web Hosting and Domain Name referrals
Let’s Build a Website may recommend a web hosting company for you to use for your website or at the time of your course or training. These recommendations, are based on our current experience with the company. However, we hold no responsibility for these hosting services, as they are third party companies which we have no control over.
Sometimes these companies can be bought out by cheaper overseas companies and the quality and reliability of these services can suffer. Therefore we take no responsibility if you are not happy with the service provided.
Usually we will source a new company and based on our new research will recommend to move your website. If you are paying us to host your site on one of these third party sites that are currently not working to ours or your satisfaction, we will happily transfer your website to the new company free of charge.
We would like to hear of any complaints you may have so we can decide whether the company is still worthy of our recommendations.
Emails
We provide the settings for clients to set up emails themselves. We DO NOT provide troubleshooting support are NOT responsible if clients are having issues setting up their devices. As there are many types of devices, phones, laptops, computers & email clients. If you are having difficulties setting up your devices you can call an IT company or geeks2u.com.au.
SEO – Search Engine Optimisation
In our courses, we discuss and offer ways to make your website SEO friendly. We do not however take any responsibility for any student or clients ranking positions in Google or any other search engines.
